of Communication
Instructor, University of Phoenix, from July, 1991 to Present: at the
Southern California, Utah and Nevada Campuses. In 20 years, Ive taught
more than 600 online, on ground , Directed Study, AXIA, SAS, & Flexnet,
courses to over 7,000 degree seeking students .
Instructor, Western International University, from January, 2004 to Present:
Teach communication and critical thinking courses.
Director of Academic Affairs Nevada Campus, University of Phoenix from
April 7, 1997 to August 14, 2000. Served as the chief campus academic officer
immediately responsible for the operation of each school--including budget,
personnel, curriculum, faculty governance, and planning matters. Promoted excellence
in faculty teaching, service, professional growth/development, and academic
achievement. Guided the development of curricula and selection of faculty.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Hunt Consulting
Since 1987, Co-owner of a business consulting and practice management firm
specializing in providing services to Adult Education Institutions and Insurance
organizations. My services include needs assessment, market research and strategic
marketing assistance, statistical analysis for decision making. I develop and
write functional specifications and business requirements. I evaluate web design
firms. I conduct research for new and existing markets; create customer segmentation
profiles utilizing data mining techniques. I also develop brand, behavior and
price surveys, write research reports, and work with third party research firms.
Risk Management
For 20 years served as Owner Operator of an Insurance Agency that specialized
in commercial insurance and risk management solutions for major accounts. Service
was provided in commercial property, contract surety, commercial casualty, life
and health insurance for many businesses with statewide and national operations.
My clientele included contractors, manufacturers, importers, distributors, service
companies and retailers.
